Multitouch-touchpad software?

My Dell laptop has a multitouch touchpad and the only thing the Dell software allows is for zooming by pinching. There has to be a program that takes advantage of this, no?
E.g. holding one finger still and sliding the other for a next song or volume changes etc, so many possibilities yet I haven't found a program for this on Google..

WPF in .net can handle multi touch events
