Just to clear up some things, the douche bag you say was a guy who was supposed to go start a cafe with you and when he got down to business you wanted to play Soul Calibour, not to mention the douche bag bought food for your family and spent all he had on y'all and also walked 6 miles every day to work at a dollar tree and and make some money so that we could all eat then would walkm6 miles back from working 14 hours a day. Then you throw him out because you're suspicious of him telling your secrets to someone you don't like and it's during a blizzard might I add >_< but anyways that douche bag had to save up all he could eating nothing at all and living outside to get a plane ticket to go back home because someone was supposed to be their partner in a cafe business..

So I think there's a pretty good reason why the project failed.

Good luck bro, be safe over there, I just had my buddies in my unit come back and all of them had an experience with an IED at least once.

I'm going to be heading over to Afghanistan early this year, although I've been going to other places in the mean time. Btw if you get a chance go to Thailand or Austrailia, you'll have fun

Actually Soggy I could give a nice long response to this but since I've actually matured since that time, I'm not gonna point out the real backstabbing person you once were.

if you want people to believe u were starving and had to use all your money to go home even tho your parent already bought you a ticket home when I kicked you out and my sister in-laws boyfriend had a place for you to go thats fine.

I also wont bring up what u tried to do to my computer while I was gone looking for a job. a real job.

to me its water under the bridge and most of what you said in your post me and you know the truth behind it. so you can try and impress people on this forum by trying to put another down its a waste if my time to chat with you if thats all you want to do.

Oh yeah you're in Iraq now, well sorry for gettin on your case for calling me a douche bag and the deleting the files of our game off your computer was a team decision for some other reasons. But yeah that's in the past But any who glad to hear everything going good, I've got another project under the works with a buddy I worked on my first project with when I was younger. You got anything going on now? Project wise?

Oh nice man, that's badass. I was getting into C++ since thats the language my dad mostly programs in, but I'm learning about micro controllers and database programming with him teaching me. But I figure it'll be something good to learn to expand my knowledge with.

Sorry I had to run off last night, my sisters boyfriend was having a show and everyone went and they waited till midnight for me to turn 21 and we had a couple beers.

Well I was gonna get into C++ however some people kinda stirred me away from it idk y...

however I will also say when I get back stateside, I will most likely be doing some recruiting for some graphics artists and maybe a musician I got a guy now that makes sick stuff... however Idk if I can actually rely on him... since I've told him about 5 different things I'd like to hear and have only heard 1 of the 5 in a course of a year...

I'm still trying to learn C++ myself. From all my experience, none of the stuff "going on" in C++ seems difficult, its just learning the oddities and patterns commonly used by the language. As someone with programming experience but not much experience actually using C++, it seems like the best way to learn C++ is to learn how not to use it. Its really the kind of language you need a good guide for since there are very many things you can do but probably ever shouldn't. More modern languages, like C#, are very good at "holding your hand".
