Non of the downloads from microsoft are working, HELP!
sorry, I was panicing....
and I looked all over, MSN and Hotmail are also failing.
Then you have to look harder. Google whatever you need and you'll find it, no doubt.
looked and still nothing. If you can find it, then show me. I need all the programs to run this one.
XNA 3.1: http://news.softpedia.com/news/Download-XNA-Game-Studio-3-1-for-Vista-SP...
Visual C# Express 2008: http://www.brothersoft.com/visual-c-2008-express-edition-download-67705....
You suck at googling D: it took me exactly 10 seconds.
try again. I went to download it and got the "Problem Loading Page" screen, and I retryed over and over.
It might by your browser because they work for me. What browser are you using?
Firefox
Clear your cookies or something. I have Chrome and it works fine.
nope, that didn't work ether.
Gates must hate me for using a hacked version of XP
Make sure you don't have malware running on your pc as it sure looks like an infection.
that would explain the slow down I have been feeling....
Lol anyone who uses the internet should know that, let alone a programmer ![]()
Well... Wouldn't say ANYONE...
I'm too scared to think I had that. It's so hard to get rid of them cheaply
Getting rid of malware is free for home users, though the free method is not always exactly easy.
If you are having problems with a major site like Microsoft when using a link known to work, try again a little later. If it still continues to be a problem, you should probably assume the issue is on your side, not theirs.
Imagine the day Microsoft dies...
that depends on if they pass the rights on to someone else or not.
Good sites to check for malware infections...
1. Google - The most commonly hijacked site usually disguising itself as google. Simply do a search hover over one of the links and make sure they are all linking to the proper place that is indicated in green. If they are click the link and make sure it goes to the website indicated in green.
2. AntiVirus Sites - After all they don't want you to get rid of their precious money making tool.
3. Microsoft - To prevent you from downloading updates etc that may cripple the software for example security updates.
actually, I checked and this isn't a Malware problem...
it's a MTU problem. I need to find and set my MTU to 1400 to get access to the site.
Urgh, please apply the netiquette. All caps are for idiots -_-
Anyways, give it a try again, or just download from mirrors..
